Uncredited Population Purchase (Little Upsilon)

I have purchased 1 Million population to be credited to Thinker Ville and another 1 Million Population to be credited to Thinker Town from the Gamemaster. It has been 24 hours since the purchase and I have not yet seen these transfers reflected in my population sectors although it has been credited to population total.

May I ask the Game Masters to look into this and hope that the bug be resolved as immediate as possible?

It's been 48 hours since my purchase and still I have not received the population I payed for. May I ask W3C administration to look into this please.
