ERROR! cant enter enemy territory (Little Upsilon)

I just declared on a C3 and it wont allow me into the country. Error message says

"Howard stopped at the border of . Declare war before you invade or ask the president for permission to travel through the country."

We are already at war! want more does the system want.

Kindly check this out please.

TOM, Thinker Ville war with Azusa13 is entering 13 hours long. My units still cant enter the country due to the same error.

MU navigation has some serious flaws.

Like Reamer, I had already declared war. I had my MU inside the enemy country. I ordered the MU to return to my base so I could change their weapons. But the automation told me to first declare war or ask the enemy for permission to travel though the country. Again, my MU were already inside the enemy country, they just wanted to get out and go home.

The problem appears to be with using maps to navigate. I got the same nonsensical message when I used "move selected battle units to a single position" and also "move selected battle units (big map)."

When I clicked on "return to base," the MU finally returned. If I have a lot of units, that option can be time-consuming.

The consolation is that when my MU enter enemy territory, the orange glow of the enemy map is very pleasing.

There was an update there this week. I hope we did not introduce an error.

We intended to make sure that your units have to wait until war has started before they can cross the border.

We had some cases where units where able to cross after declaring war and before war started and wanted to fix it.

A war against a C3 country should start immediately so crossing should be possible.

I will have it checked ASAP and fix it if an error was introduced.

I had this same error night before last on Fearless Blue; the funny thing is that my LRDs were able to attack and destroy targets just over the line, but couldn't actually enter the country.

I've hit this problem as well on LU. KC Bridgehead trying to move into Mycanada.

What it's looking like at this point, Tom, is that you fixed it a little too well; units can't cross until the month *following* the month war becomes active. Can you take a look at this again, please?

This error is still occurring - strange enough it is with the c3 south of me and not the others I took to the west. 3 wars now with the southern c3 and my units are afraid of crossing the border.
