Order for Plutonium and other Nuclear Weapons! (Little Upsilon)

I am haveing trouble ordering plutonium products through the World Market and other Nuclear materials,but it's I'm sorry you can't order through World Market.Why is that? And where can i order Nuclear materials? Does anyone know How?

Its to make it difficult to obtain nukes. You have to join a common market, or make your own nukes.

You must be a full member to acquire or build strategic weapons and nuclear materials. Also nuclear materials and strategic weapons are never sold on the world market. Thus they are not available there. You must build them or get them in direct sales.

I am full member.What corps do i exactly need to build them and how do i order nuclear materials when i go short on supplies when i can't order through the world market.Can you explain.Thanks in advance.

Plutonium.
Then you need to build your weapons corps.
Then nuke ammo corps.

Be careful because nukes tend to make your country go bankrupt.
