Attacking C3 country while having no defence

What happens if i attack a computer country having only offensive units (no defensive units)

Can the C3 damage my country ?

Not at the lower war levels. As you get higher levels they do have stealth bombers which can attack. I wouldn't worry about it much though, the trick is beating the C3 without it costing you a lot in ammunition and lost offensive weapons.
