How can i remove a country (Golden Rainbow)

I have just taken control over another contry but i dont want it any more is there any way to remove the counrty whilst keeping my original counrty.

On the main Simcountry page, at the top click on register->cancel countries, in the next window pic which country you want to cancel, then click on the X.

I a free member. I want to exchange my country for an enterprise.

How to do so?
