my problem:
my corps have less than 100% hiring.

salary 300
workers of all classes are available
state salary 295
social secruity payments 76%

can somebody explain me, why is the hiring <100%?

Corp hiring and production set to automatic not 100% (manual)?

for most corps i set it to 100%

for some corps it is auto, but i mean the corps, where i set it to 100%.

Jack, with respect, either they are not set at 100 manually or you do not have enough of one or more worker groups. You need to double check. If you still reckon its wrong, then you need to email the GM. You could post your country name and world I suppose and someone might have a look for you but you shouldnt rely on that. Give me your country name and I'll see if I can spot something.

Did you turn of the beginners auto-"help" stuff?
If not then it will be changing your hiring rates, salaries and a whole bunch of stuff back to what it thinks is good no matter what you want. The only Automation i keep on is:
" Receive advice at login"
" Move Workers to other Professions."
"Buy ammunition and supplies for the army"
"Reactivate weapons when war is declared and you did not login."
" Automatic placing orders for products that your country needs."

For Corps i only keep, product buy/sell, retain product, and upgrade Q,E.

That might help this employment issue you are having and maybe some other issues you haven't even noticed yet.

i chanced some parameter. now i have a better hiring. i lower state salary and social payments. but in the corp: angel hospitals, magdenna roads, sunbury household, kanje aircraft fuel there are still open jobs. salary is 300. under "education priorities" i have these unempoyed data:

hm now some workers moved from ceo corps to my state corps. now there are a lack of workers. but my unemployment workers are nearly the same.

is going to auto-buy roads, train tracks and so on. its better to get it done your self. as you can keep track of how many you buy, costs, and workers. as the game will just keep-0n building them,

The workers moved from CEO to state corps because you are paying better then the CEO is.

Jack, unemployment in a particular corp should only increase in increments, off hand I think its 5% (maybe more). So you've given it 12 hrs, or 3 game months which will allow 15% adjustment, or more, but not complete.

Give things longer than that. Everything in the game takes a while, thats half the beauty of it, it's not an instant gratification, shoot 'em up, high speed thing.

Beginners protection will set your trade strats and such for you up to game level 4. Most people would prefer it off. I only would use auto buy for army, auto buy for country, and the login advice if you want. For a secure main you needn't worry about auto reactivate defenses either.

Remember, dont build ANYTHING until you have the workers sorted out.

Jack, I just scanned your country for you.

Against advice you started another corp, Tukura hi tech services. The problems you have with hiring are all down to the fact that you dont have enough population to support that number of corps. As simple as that.

What limited available workers you do have will always go to the highest paying corp, or govt. if govt. are paying over 75% of corp salaries. Thats why they move from CEO to state.

You have two options as I see it.
1) Buy a couple of million more people @ 6GC per million.
2) Close two or three of your worst corps. I might be tempted to close the hospital corps myself, but its up to you to look through them and decide.

OK? That's all your problems there solved. Please do post back on what you do and how you get on. It will always help other people who run into the same problems you have.

i opened the HT corp because i have enough unemploypement worker... right, in the corps are the hiring <100%.... maybe a mistake.

i cant close the hospital corps. i set all hospital corps to auto hiring/prod. salary 230. angel hospital is an exception: prod hiring set to 100%, salary 300. i want see how it works.

all GC are spended.. i cant buy more people.

now the unemployement is slightly rising...

before a chance more parameters i will wait a day :-)

I should be more active in the forums. This info is great.

now i testet a few days. i have now a problem with teachers, docotrs, etc.
i trained 1200 teacher, unemployed are 400. this propostion are stable since 2-3 days... i havent build schools. but schools are closed. same with hospitals. corps salary are 300, state are 290.

Raise their priorities Jack, dont build more if you havent enough people to staff them.

It seems like you are having a lot of difficulties, but you will get there, keep plugging at it
