New country, 10T in Cash, don't know what to do with it

I'm building new state corps when I can at 100% hiring/production, I'm building as many roads and schools and hospitals as I can given employee numbers, etc...

But that's all really cheap compared to the 10T in Cash that I have.
What else can I spend this cash on to grow?

I'd look to the share market - or consider selling some for gold coins (to buy population, more corps etc). Or perhaps start a ceo, and start buying those state run corporations from yourself - either by direct bid or ipo, as the circumstances and your individual desires allow. Which would bring your cash flow up. (I'm a noob - so this free advice may not be worth the price.)

I can't buy gold coins because I'm not a premium member.
Share market is just for the investment fund of my citizens, it doesnt bring me income directly
