Until you have 100 corps in your enterprise you are allowed to build mining Corps and these are pretty quick money makers which you need right now.
You can scour the map in the neighborhood of your country and then search either your from your country or your CEO to see what minerals are available in a country nearby. It takes longer than picking from the list given on the CEO build mining corps screen in your CEO account but you find larger deposits this way.
To search from your Enterprise, click on build mining corp, then choose any product, and from the top of that page click on find resources in a country. It works best if you have two windows open so you can browse the map and copy and paste the country names.
