I am the president of Belgondor on Kebir Blue.

There have been no shortages in the country for over 2 years in game time. I have increased the health care index to 102, the education index to 120, and soc sec is about 85 -- over the same 2 year period at least. I have a 55 migration index, and I get a trickle of immigrants.

I have even bought population.

But the child-bearing age folks in the country seem to be stuck at about a .95 per person reproduction rate. Given that there is some death, it seems my population is destined to decline, unless I keep buying.

What do I need to do to get a naturally growing population?

thanks

Get your health index to 125 minimum.

Ok, I took a look at your country. Get rid of your military, all of it. Every single one of it. Sell every single weapon and ammo.

Get all of your education, health, and transportation index to 125 minimum. You need to cut some of your transportation index down to 125.

Makes no sense a 21 mil country still in secured mode having a defense rank of 69.

Set your taxes to 30% and your profit contributions to 100%.

SeizeForce, what does getting rid of your military have to do with birth and death rates?

You know I'm all for everyone pitching in but there needs to be some type of +1 system in place to allow players to understand who they are taking advice from.

Psycho, I never said my second post had anything to do with improving birth rates, it's to improve his country overall. I pmed Perivalis explaining this. So quit complaining.

Nah I'll complain as much as I like. None of your advice makes sense, economic or otherwise. Between you and inventor giving advice on this forum, I am surprised anyone can figure anything out.

I'll leave you with your own quote as a glaring example of what I mean. If you can't figure out the flaw in the half-truth in that statement you made, you should take some time to learn the game yourself.

He has no slave countries or any other countries to protect, and probably won't for a long time. His military is too big if he wanted to capture some C3s.

He's also on Kebir Blue where asset security is high. Bigger players like Aries, Khome aren't interested in him. He has no reason having bloated military costs when he'd better off selling them and upgrading his infrastructure.

Let's talk about you though. Most of your countries are near broke and are running with horrible financial index/welfare index.

I've started this game later than you, and still perform better. Nearly all of your indexes don't hold up, and outside of your Enterprises, your countries are being run into the ground and about to go bankrupt.

You shouldn't talk at all one bit.

Has to be the dumbest thing I've heard all year... and for the rest of it too... Nobody believes you...

Strange, I have 3 Enterprises

1 Just took first place of Fearless Blue by nearly 1000 points. 630+ Corps. I take cash out of it regularly. My country was ranked number 2.

I just started my LU empire and CEO as well.
In the last week alone I have earned over 100T dollars in assets.

This is a link to my assets.

If you can't find out how to look at my assets like I looked at yours by now, then perhaps you should quit the game?

And what would they not believe, that your countries are shitty with 80 indexes and underperforming? Anyone could see that.

And don't brag about taking first place on a world, I've done it 6 months ago, and any noob can do it.

All my countries are "shitty" and under performing. But I use my military to keep them in line.

Only takes a few public executions during the game year and everyone quits complaining about shortages.

@yankee, I also find that mandatory service fixes the weak ones who complain; they either toughen up or get used as fodder.
