Please help

can you please give me a personal audit of my countries I am on white Giant. The Eternal Kingdom and The Eternal Kingdom 2. I am bleeding money on the Eternal kingdom 2 and my hiring had now dropped in my main country as well cant figure out what I am doing wrong. my education index is 107 and i am working on building that back up to 120 need more elementary schools. my health index is 120 my transportation index is 123 my social security is 102 welfare is 105 and my social payments are set at 80& my government salary is set at 210 my corp salary is set at 300. most of my corps minus the new one are at 200 eff and quality i have pretty much the same setting in both countries but i am starting to go downhill and do not know why?? any advice would be most helpful.

Harry, if your hiring is dropping that means that you have a shortage of one or more particular worker types. It works like this: If you have a say 10% shortage of medium level managers for a corp then the corp will lay off 10% of ALL worker types. It makes things look worse than they actually are, all you need do is adjust the priorities for the type you really are short of. (you can normally see this where the number needed for 100% hiring is greater than the number of unemployed, that'll be the group that needs more education).

I cant stress enough how important 100% hiring is to your economy, its everything, enabling your corps to produce their max and sell as much as you can. All your indexes sound good so have a close look at your hiring/education figures.

Of course it could be you have too many corps for your population to cover, what with hospitals and schools as well, if this is so then maybe you should look to cl

after i fixed that problem with my education my hiring went back up to 100% but i am still bleeding money don't know why
