Yet another quality question

i red a lot about ASQ. now i have a question: if all players produce quality > 180, who sells quality 120, which i want buy for my country...

Quality doesn't exist outside country/enterprise/corporation stock.

Therefore, you can buy something at 120 Q and pay 120 Q when the only sellers are corporations selling at 300 Q which will be paid at 300 Q. The reverse is also true.

but that didnt work with the common market, right?

CM contracts set the quality for both buyer and seller. My statement exclusively applies to world market trading where you specify the purchase quality. Basically, the only thing you really need to take from that is that there is no reason to worry about world market availability of any specific quality.
