Log in twice a day(or once, and just go from the home page to the country twice). You'll get 400 bil per RL day, plus some pops or GC, for about a month and a half - it really gets you set up nicely. Alternately, go on Direct Trading and use your starting GC to buy some electric power, then sell it on FB - last I heard, you'll get about 180B per GC, so the 10 you start with will get you 1.8T, or about what you're asking for.
