Country name: The Republic of Vasagonia
So I'm about as green as they get on how to play this game. I'm trying to wrap my head around this whole employment thing. I started one new corporation out just to tinker with: Fortdely Milk. While I do have a few corps with 100% employment, many are at 5% and my Milk corp is at 34%.
My educated but unemployed numbers are below:
Low level managers 55,826
Medium level managers 44,222
High level managers 31,151
Executives 25,362
High tech engineers 39,855
High tech seniors 55,140
High tech executives 21,262
Do I just not have enough people to go around for all my 46 corporations? Do I need to look elsewhere, like supplies? I don't understand how salary works so maybe I'm missing something there.
