As a landlocked country, do I need Land-to-Sea missiles?

I found 80 Land-to-Sea missile batteries in my offensive army, but I'm unsure of their usefulness. My country is doubly landlocked (I would need to travel through two other countries until I reach the sea).
Should I sell my Land-to-Sea batteries, or can they be of some use when attacking other landlocked countries?

You can be targeted at distance from navies with cruise missiles, navy fighters, and such. The first question is do you plan to go to war level 3, or is your country on Fearless Blue. If you don't meet either condition, your country is not vulnerable to player attack at all, and it doesn't matter. If and when you are vulnerable to player attack, such batteries could be used to actively attack player navies as opposed to relying on defensive weapons that would only respond to navy attacks.
