Contracts

I have contract with all my state corps to give production to my country. This has worked for a month since been playing with them profitable as well. However I just upgraded to premium membership to give it a try, and now my corps is having shortages. Most of the shortages is products that I have produced in my state corps. I changed he buying strategy back to best price however I have not seen an improvement in last 2 game months. So what I'm saying since I have contract to sell production to country, why do I have shortages when I'm producing those items.

The way trading and corporations work is exactly the same for all players.
Shortages on the market and production levels in corporations can influence the execution of contracts.
