Lame

Errrr.... I have been working on upgrading to level 4, and the "now what" information was saying that I needed to have 3T in cash and 20million population. Once I got to that level in my main country, the "now what" information switched over to needing 3T average empire and 20mil average empire. Can I blow the whistle and say what a Sham!!! I have had my slave country for a few days now and it never referred to an "average empire" needing to be obtained, but now that I accomplished the necessary level 3 objectives it switched over to the average empire.

This is a bit discouraging!!!!

The Slaves are counted only after some time as to give you the possibility to build it up a bit before it counts, the numbers you need for Game Levels are allways Empire-Wide-Averages
