Setting your Ed priorities total to under 120 increases the numbers of workers available. Try using 90 giving each profession the minimum needed to prevent shortages there.

Well said but it assumes that everyone knows, that the education system produces many professionals and they come from the ranks of low level workers.

This is why john is suggesting to decrease the priorities and keep more LLWs.

OR just demote them in employment back down to low lvl workers
