What do I do about NATURAL DISASTERS?

I just had a rather large earthquake. ~20000 dead and ~45000 wounded. How do I help my people? I unpacked emergency equipment, but don't know how to send it to my affected areas. My country is the Social Kingdom of Prossen in Kebir Blue, Hercula Major, Antona Doda. I don't know if you can see the affected areas from there or not. Any strategies or help would be appreciated.

Unpacking the emergency supplies will automatically do the job, but dont expect instant recovery. The supplies you unpack just help alot. I'll send you some help too.

Its just a matter of waiting it out now, it wont make a lot of difference to you unless you had a really unusual earthquake that killed 1/2 your pop and destroyed like 10 corps. You might want to check you have enough construction in stock, and build a couple more hospitals and schools, but generally wait it out, we all get hit with them from time to time.

How do I know when all the cities have been repaired?

We were hit with a large earthquake. We now have built maximum relief resources. Another country was kind to send help, but we did not know how to "deploy" them to our own country. If all you have to do is "unpack" them, we'll be in good shape next time. We noticed that if you send relief resources, you need to mind that you have cargo planes, air transport and fuel or sending relief stops. Can anyone familiar confirm 'unpacking' deploys to your own country? - Tandra

No, you just send them the units and they will be automatically in the stock of the country you sent it to, if you 'unpack' them, you will destroy them.

If you are on KB or LU, post the name of your country and I will help out with relief supplies.

Hi all, Newbie here.. Like the OP I've just had a minor quake for the first time. Have plenty of relief resources to sort it out, but can't figure out how to deploy them in my own country. Does it happen automatically or do i need to do something..?? Zazonga on LU. Thanks in advance. LB.

if you got them in your storage they will be used if needed bullet

If you have the resources already in that country then they will auto deploy. It will take a SC year or longer for recovery to be complete.

Yes Brandon.. But, which type, was the question.. was it Defensive, Offensive, Strategic or Regular.. I couldn't figure it out, so bought all four in the end.. Still not sure which one was the key..

Always have packs ready for disasters as i know they don't cost upkeep, i have them on max in all my countries.

if only those would be enough, last time my main got a large earthquake I needed max packs in main and also had to send max packs from 2 slaves to cover the needs
