Fearless blue = not really a war world???

Ok, so I finally hit war lvl 3 thinking this would be what it takes to finally hit a neighboring president with a large cash pile, and no defenses.

And first I had to wait for him to be a president for 21 days, understandable. Give him time to develop the defenses.

But now, when I try to declare on him, I get this message -

So this is either a bug, or Fearless blue is more like wimpy blue, where players can opt for indefinite war protection simply by not increasing their own war levels.

Whats the deal with this???

that's how it is on all the worlds. you can only attack a president that is war level 3 and one that dosent have war protection.

On FB there is no secured main atleast. But all wise players that are unprepared for some PVP action are staying under warlevel 3.

This is a major disappointment.

Basically there is no difference between FB and any other world. I thought you had to develop your defenses for sure on FB because war protection was limited. Look how wrong I am. You could have a country with no defenses at all, and you are somehow completely immune from attacks.

Lame.

Welcome to Wimpy Blue world. The war world where you are granted full indefinite protection from wars by default.

Four real years ago I started playing this game because of the war world. Sense then there's been a lot of changes. Ones I agreed with and ones I didn't, but one stands out that I don't agree with it all. That is war levels on Fearless Blue. When I started there was no such thing. I had to buy or fight my way out of war and so did many others. These days war is a thing of the past on FB because of the war levels. The result of this change has taken the fun out of FB. If you would like to see war levels removed from FB the war world vote yes to see them removed. If you think war levels on FB makes sense vote no.

I have to say this is a deal breaker. The protections that are afforded now are greater than the risks associated with playing on a "war" world.

If the concern is big empires "chasing" away new players, which I do understand, I am sure there are ways around this problem.

I would suggest that if a player looses his last country, then the game automatically allow the player to "start over" at a point further along than where a truly new player would start at. Possibly a "exiled presidents" feature where they can start a new country with the benefits they had similar to where they were before the war started. There can be limits, to protect against abuse, maybe you can only do it twice, before starting over completely.

Hmm....and here I've been senselessly building defenses.

Seems I can deactivate ALL of them and save some cash for the offense I need to bump up to level 2.

I think I might be wrong... I got declared on, most likely since I've posted this thread.

I've got a medium sized defense, my main should put up a good fight. War starts soon.

FEARLESS blue is the war world, AND from now on if your war level 3 and above...........THE ROVING EYE WONT HOLD BACK and declare war on you!.........unless you sing a nice dittie!

Ive never really liked karaoke. Fun to watch others though.
