What is the issue?

Im building a corp right now and its taken several real days for it to finish. It has all of the workers needed, but there is apparently no factories?

I looked in the market and didnt see where I could just buy some myself, so how do I fix this? TIA

I placed an order for production plants and did immediate buying. Hopefully that fixes things fast, they still wont build
