I know the topic shifted a few times here. But I wouldn't voted yes to the proposal if i was on the security council at the time. If i was on the security concil i certainly voted yes. However, i dont recall any vote ending with 5 nos. That's very kind of you to offer help to the small players Wicked. I agree we really need to build this world back up again.
