Borsya needs CEOs badly, the tax is set to 10% but as soon as someone build sokething i'll get it down to 0%. There is over a million of unemployed at the moment. You can also buy state corporations.

Borsya was renamed as Yugoboria. There are about 5millions of unemployed (35%) waiting for new corps to open. The tax is still 0%.

Still plenty of place for new corps. Over 6.500.000 of unemployed and growing. Lots of highly educated workers.
