I need money for my country (La Republica del Polenga) because it would be a good jump start for my country. With this money I would plan to invest in Schools, roads, hospitals, corporations (etc.)
I have a decent knowledge of this game so far and I believe I would be the best choice to receive the money because I don't plane to spend any of it on Military.

Well I am a new player (3 days) and have already gotten a bit in the hole. Would like the funds to build up better and get my defenses to the point I can reach second level. The country as I can work out has a fairly poor start with low pop, poor education, roads, health and such but damn it I love the little ol'place, the sea views are great

I need to investment into Corporations,Education, Health and Welfare to sure up our tiny Economy and thus contribute more to the world economy in a positive way.

A security Council aid package would be just the ticket to kick start this wee State.
