Like I said, I'm not attacking anyone, those cities were placed there for clonans aggression on my borders and vile threats and I'm not in the business of wasting GCs so they will remain peacefully. No one dictates where i can build a city, the units in them were disbanded. 2. For threats, massive damage will be done to jevanos main city if not a take over.
3. You fail to realize, more war cities will pop up around you. This will not be a short war but many of your allies wont last long w/o support. You wont be able to shot it out 1 on 1.
