Looking for FB federation

hey guys I'm looking for a federation on the Fearless Blue world. My presidential name is heffj4 and my country is Litherui Republic. I've been in game for close to 2 weeks, and the federation I was a part of broke up. I'd like to join a federation that is willing to teach, or help with some hints as I am willing to learn.
