Wow not a good hit list they are all C3 size countries. You need to start explaining to all your members that they need to grow their countries and then expand. Add some pop, corps and military. Then they can start going out and capturing a C3 and then grow them. IF all your little members could actually do that then you might actually amass a portion of the might you try and spam on all the boards.


Then we could actually have a hit list!
