I agree it is possible, but I think you should both lower your targets a touch and try getting the 2 branches you currently have filled. And I don't mean filled with 1 nation newbs like Kings is. And Wendys is virtually empty so thats another none starter.

And all this whilst fighting a major war on LU that this federations leader took them into for no reason whatsoever.

I really do reccomend against joining this fed. It seems to have a leader who is mentally unstable, and a sidekick who's grandiose plann for a world government are once again in tatters and in a worse position that it was 6 RL months ago because of his actions.
