Employment (Golden Rainbow)

Whats the highest employment rate you have in your empire? At the time of writing, Caldera has 95.16% employment, can anyone beat that???

My target is 97.5%, but its going to be hard if not impossible to get there...

I (last I checked) had it at 96.15 on my main country in FB

I've had it 96.35 I can't break the 97 barrier. But take comfert fromt the fact gamemasters have said given how employment works in this game anything over 90 is considered good
