Further c3 reductions

The amounts remain very high. they did not follow recent changes in pricing of products and the cost of weapons and ammo is substantially reduced again.

there are also many C3 raids going on so the amount must be excellent.

There will be more reductions and more, new C3 levels added with higher rewards.
