We have promised this before and already made several steps to improve.
Offensive land forces will become more powerful with the next upgrade,
along with several more improvement in offensive forces in general.
Such changes are never huge but they will be repeated and end up significant.
details will be in the weapons document immediately after the upgrade which is expected early next week and in the game news.
