I've been running through a bunch of money recently. I was doing things where I noticed this over the last week or two, but couldn't confirm it because of course I was spending money. I thought orders turning immediate was fixed?

I just paid off all the debt in this and sever al other countries over the last proly month and no matter what they continue to rack up debt in the reillions. I thought I was going crazy but this just confirms it. While I was purchasing products with several different countries trying to space trade I noticed 1 trillion in spending space was actually 2 or 3 trillion. Again I thought I was crazy. I space traded and continued sinking countless trillion back into these countries.

Tonight just confirmed it. I had every country paid off as of last night b/c I want to do a GC exchange. Check this morning after the 8 hour window. And a single country has 7 trillion in debt. I purchased nothing. I am only repair

Your not alone Wendy, I've been trying to get attention to the immediate order problem for a while now. Obviously it will cane your money having stuff bought at 2.5 or 3 X market price.

I would like to see a buying strategy for country consumed products so I could offer xxx % increased by x % a month, for automatically ordered products. Just like we have for corps.

It is unfathomable for me to have burned through 120 TRillion while space trading for about briefly which is profitable. My account should be growing. I just kept paying the debts down. I did purchase some coins once or twice but maybe only once in this span from Aug 1st.

I believe I'm having the same problem with my ceo's. I order 100 quality FMU's for a fixed price with no percentage increase. Looking at my ceo income and cash balance the math doesn't work.

Been noticing this problem for a few months now. Lately it seems excessive.

Perhaps the purchases are being executed at 3x market price.(Or even worse)

I had/have the same problem in one of my countries. I think it might be based off the new change on country loans. My country had 7T in debt and would not purchase any products. When I paid the debt off, immediate orders for everything up to and including dog food and tampons went in.

I'm hoping that once the orders get caught up, the problem goes away.

Moral of the story (in my case anyway) is to keep the debt out of my countries.

This may not be the case in your situation, but sounds similar.

The gamesmaster has replied to me that if you have a defeceit of any product an order will be issued at immediate straight away. I'm experimenting with setting the trade strategy to have a minimum of 2 and 3 months in stock. This is going to cost as orders will be big for a while, but hopefully will negate the immediate order thing.

Your Trillions value is 10 x what it used to be.
Even 30 x what it used to be some years ago.
The GM is stupid. They should have cut all money in the game by a factor of 10, prices too, everything and cut the rate by 10x at once.

Despite what is said here and what follows, be aware that current profits in most countries are extremely high and they make good money. There is no broad decline in any of the worlds (maybe not yet) and specific problems in some types of corporations may occur due to very large shortages in raw materials for these types of corporations.
The averages and the total numbers are OK and most countries are doing good.

This type of discussion has been on the forum many times before. When some players experience a down turn in profits the discussion restarts. But there is no change in the model to cause profits to change into losses.

There are daily routines that deliver us world numbers and totals. Average numbers and profits were at the highest level for a very long time, and stayed there for a long time. Romeo, with all due respect, I think you are out of line here. It was a legitimate question asked by a player to the GM. I just shake my head. Sad when you can't even ask a serious and valid question without being attacked/flamed. I find your post disruptive to a player trying to seek game knowledge or understanding on the why's of something.

The same problems, and Crafty has the right solution! And set the strats in each country. But set the time line at 6 months or longer since many items seem to be in short supply. When the item is in short supply it takes much longer to get it. If your country doesn't get before 0 in stock, the next order will be immediate! I am building and buying some corps and maybe enough will help.

Or is your answer only referring to country activity?

when you have automatic ordering of products, orders are issued when the stock goes under 2 months.
there are regular orders. If the order is not delivered within several game months it becomes an immediate order.

If you do not get products you need on time, your stock could go negative.
if the stock is negative, automatic orders are issued as immediate orders.

we have more of these now because of very severe shortages.
many are for ammunition. Ammunition is used monthly as part of the army maintenance cost. these are low numbers and orders are small.
there are types of ammunition on short supply and no one is creating these corporations. these orders are just not delivered and as a result, there are many immediate orders sitting around.

this way of ordering products has been part of the ordering procedure from the start. there is no change.

Maestro, the corporations will also order immediate if the shortage is not filled before the stock goes negative. You might have to increase your buy strategy.
Many items are in short supply and the prices rise.

I'm not talking about a country or corporation buying strategy,

I'm talking about a ceo buying 100 quality fmu's in a bulk purchase. Not an automatic purchase but a manual decision on my part. There is no monthly stock requirement for a ceo.

There is no immediate need for a ceo to buy any product.

Are these order now being treated as immediate orders?

Maestro, if you buy manually, then that is not part of your automatic ordering, and thus expempt from the action described above.

So it still leaves my question open for disappearing cash.

It is my understanding that FattyMcButterPants, otherwise known as Wendy, has been banned again (yesterday, Sept. 5) for her post(s) in this thread, as well as from game chat. Will you please clarify for me and the others what was the violation? I would like to know what the 'new' rules are for what is and is not allowable in forum and chatroom posts. I think a clear definition would be fair to all your game players, especially in light of all the recent bannings. I, for one, would like to know how the violations process works.
