They're Chinese of origin. They have some clues to fixing it but apparently its not as easy as all that. If they can get into the pentagon computer network then what chance has W3C got.

When w3 makes the new forum, they should get Daves's Spam Karma II. Works wonders for my blog and site. Stops comment bots and such from trying to post. When I had this problem I went to blocking IP ranges that got a ton of good people caught in the net. I got spam Karma never saw another fake post again.

I want results! In a worst case cenary, we can always the set the internet on fire.
