Help Docs for Free members (Little Upsilon)

It just occurred to me that there should be help docs specifically targeted to help free members. For example, tips on how to grow to be competitive despite free-account limitations; strategies for natural pop growth; simple ways to establish a basic economy, etc...

Once assumes that players who play for free will be the future paying members, or at least the future base for paying members to interact with.
