Can we build them? Who sells them? If its a player, why cant everyone build them?

i got a lot of them in my empire the united empire of rome, rome state of troy and rome state of scotland i have 2.5 million in each state and will add more to my 10 others as my econom y grows stronger

You can make them. They are made with regular weapons, but instead of regular soldiers you need professional soldiers. Those are the things you need to buy with gold coins. It is cheaper to make your own mobile units than to buy already completed ones from players in the space market.

Thanks John, problem is not being able to purchase solders or officer in the direct trading. ( Game message no demand, make a request ) Wondering if there was an issue created on the last Simcountry maintenance upgrade a few days ago.

There usually are units for sale. I wonder if this is related to the space travel freezing. I think it is on same server as main page.
