i get a "vera stream error" when i try to enter my country on my computer

says this

i can enter my country on a smart phone but not my computer

I accessed both countries with IE-11, Firefox and Chrome. No problem. Is the problem gone?

If not...

1. Try to logoff from Simcountry completely. If possible clear the browser cache. I suspect a communication problem between White Giant and simcountry.com

2. What browser (and version) are you using?

3. What is the URL displayed in the browser when the error is displayed?

4. Tell us the exact time of the last error.
I have added debugging and the time of the error helps me to search the log.
