So I was still looking in the documentation section and could not find a clear answer. What happens to materials that corporations purchase when they are shut down? My assumption is the materials are destroyed. However, I do hope that's not the case. If that happens, wouldn't it be better for the materials to go to the country's inventory? I ask because TA Corporations that we build are temporary because of limited population size, and after you get what you need, you will likely close them down to create another item like hospitals and Schools. I'm concerned because I moved 120 months' worth of materials into the corporation only to see the materials completely disappear when the corporation was closed down.

I have not paid attention, but the majority of material should go back to the owner.

I do not believe you can buy the supplies after the GM closes the corporation. Certainly before they are closed you can.
