I reckon a world government is bad. For new players to be successful there needs to be multiple competitive federations recruiting simultaneously so that there is an actual need to recruit: getting ahead in player numbers and military might. To believe that NLUO can unite and secure LU is looney, because there will always be players who will do their own thing and cause chaos.
