Nationalizing corporations (White Giant)

Can someone please tell me what happens if you nationalize a corporation?? what does it mean?

You take over ownership of that corporation from the previous owner. CEO's tend to look down on that action and may even commit hostile action against your economy, so be careful and at the very least talk it over with the owner of the corporation.

I think he means from STATE to NATIONAL.

If this is the case, it prevents Ceo's from bidding and possibly taking over your corporation. Bare in mind, only your best and most prized corporations should be nationalized. It's usually best to have your military and high value corps nationalized.

If you are reffering to, Private Control Corporations and nationalizing, just don't. No one likes it, and it causes a big headache, mainly for you. Trust me on that.

is this nationalization of private corps, the same in all the 5 worlds or are they different for each of the world?

so do you have to pay the enterprise the value of the corp if you as a president wants his corp in your country?
