1. Clearly state the problem, to the point they are able to see the problem.

2. Give them enough information to reproduce the problem.

They will at least attempt to fix the problem and most times they do, at least temporarily.

If you feel you have a game problem (bug if you will) I suggest you write a complete report of what is happening and send it by email.

IS NOT a complete report and would probably end up in the trash bin, or a file somewhere, as a reminder as to why they banned you.
