When W3C get it wrong (Fearless Blue)

Game bugs cause us all trouble. More for some than others. I would like for people to discuss how W3C should react when game changes cause bugs that spoil the game in some way for you. Silence is not good enough for paying members in my opinion. The latest bug(s) have caused problems for many people. How should W3C react?

Acknowledge the problem.

Explain what happened.

Outline plan for correction.

Offer compensation for loss.

Learn by your mistakes.

This applies to players as well as W3C.
