can some one help me understand how to have 100% employment in all my corporations because i have a lot of job slots and all my corporate salaries are the same and they are high than government workers but some corporations have 100% employment and others have 60%, i don't understand.

for 100% employment, you must have the required amount of each type of professional. For details on how many you have, go to

Departments -> Labor -> Unemployment Details

Take the time to look over all the number and you should figure it out. Also, I think two rows below the line where is lists the number of unemployed people of that type, it'll give you the number for how many you need for 100% prod in all your corps

no i have workers but thing is its like they don't want to work my employment is only 93%

Make sure your Production and Hiring settings are at 100% and not auto. If they're set to auto then you'll get layoffs in industries suffering bad market conditions (ie. oversupply). If the shortages are in CEO corps, then they may have low salaries, or their Production and Hiring settings on auto. (Sometimes they forget to reset it.) If that's the case, just send the CEO a msg, telling them they can up their salaries or hiring.

also to get ht companies your schools need to go beyond 100 index
not having good production will also cause shortages
plus good education and such improves welfare ratings so production goes beyond 100%
