"Attack Aborted" bug is getting out of control

The War engine is broken. Players can not attack while other players in the same pvp wars can. This bug is effecting pvp and player vs. c3. In addition to this bug countries are popping up across the worlds that are pink in color as if small empires, but they have no presidents and say country not available when you look at them.

Mind letting us know what's going on?

Please mail any specific problem to the game master ASAP.
It will be looked into in the morning.

There was a problem with sneak attacks that I fixed yesterday. There are no other problems to my knowledge and I can't find any in our logs.

If you have an example, please mail us and we will fix it immediately!

example The Empire of Loxano, this is in my region on FB and its like redman says, aslo i think the war index computation is a off by about 10 to 15 percent.
