I always seem to have problems moving my fleets. every time I try to move them it says cannot sail fleet into shallow waters. so how can I navigate my fleet properly?
my country is new world order. and im not the only one that has a problem moving fleets. ive talked to people in chat and they have the same exact problem. and there is no elaborating everytime I select a target to move to it says I cant sail on shallow water. it is very annoying considering the trillions of dollars ive poured into my navy and not being able to use it.
