How do I take out defenive air wings (Kebir Blue)

This may seem like a stupis question but how do I take out defensive air wings? I have trying to take a C3 for a while now and built up a decent attack fore(not great but decent) the first target, a boarger county, I took out on my first shot. Now every time I attack all my weapons get destroyed saying was assisted by air wing. I tried to take one out with an offense air but got that wiped out and I tried to defend my land forced that are on the offense with AA batteries but still get wiped out.

So any insight into this would be apprecited

Its done by attacking a county at its defense, repeatedly until "no wings" respond.

Dave, set up an attack wing. Pick a target (county is best). Attack defences. Keep doing so until the result message tells you that your attack had no effect. That will mean there aren't any interceptors left.
