Population Deflation (Kebir Blue)

Why is my population going down at 43 million? And why is does it say I am still gaining pop?

Expected Number of Births This Year 697,626
Expected Number of Deaths This Year 675,750

No earthquakes, or wars.
And the graph says the pop is going down...

The decline is very very small.

It is the result of purchasing of population.
the received population has probably changed the balance between the groups.

It will stabilize quickly and move up again.

I am not sure where the break even exactly is.
In this situation, a higher health index will help.

I had the same thing happen to me, i bought 15 million population and than i noticed for about 2 game months my population declined slightly, but i quicly built hospitals and my population started to grow again.
