I talked to Yankee yesterday on chat.
Ended up with two issues to check with the engineers on Monday.

I will try to be there more.
If there are any real problems I would like to get them solved.

Life has been a little busy, so I haven't been able to fly by on my broom. Just wanted to say hi and get everyone to chatting and talking to each other!

HAha, yeah I am doing good Jan and I hope you are as well. I just found out last Thursday, I'm having another girl so I'll check with my hubby for the name suggestion lol. I'm so excited but my son Isaac is disappointed, no brother again .. I hope to see you on chat sometime when you can manage it. I am going to post some pics of my ultrasound and my lil ones on my simcountry blog. I promised to write on it but have neglected. I grossly miscalculated how much free time I would have. I'm doing quite a bit now.

Wicked_Lady has a very good point, new players usually look for help from others. I am a newbie and came to chat room to find people to ask some questions but no one was there.

Keep Coming Nara, be consistent. There is no way for experienced players to predict when new players will pop in to chat. I know Aries, Heisenberg, and Veritas have been there pretty consistently. You all probably just missed each other.

Definitely agree that the communication that used to exist in SimCountry is basically gone now.....I've only been gone for 4 years or so, but so much has changed. Now, there is hardly ever a bump on the forum and the chatroom is pretty quiet.

Hopefully some of the old vets hiding behind new names might poke their heads out and say hello

You're having a girl Wendy? Me too, well to be more specific my wife is mid-late July. However since I've been eating like a pig, been tired, achy and generally more cranky than normal I'm trying to claim pregnancy too.

Wow you're too funny. I'm due Mid August, I'm not as excited as I was for the first. Both were unplanned. My oldest will be 19 right after she is due so it's like I reset the having no kids in the house clock. My middle pair are 8 and 9 respectively I was 10 years away. I'm kidding. I don't know what life would be like without them and I'm so happy I will be able to have little ones again. They are most pleasant right up until the moment they can really talk lol. Honestly I think being pregnant triggered me to come back to sim. I first started as I was pregnant with Alexa. My life slowed down just enough to really get into the game. Some players didn't understand how I could war so much but that is easy when you have bottles for 2 babies every 3-4 hours around the clock. Who sleeps lol? So I think my newest additions triggered me. I really didn't realize the coincidence until I was typing this post actually. Wow.

I'm so excited for you both, Aaron and Wendy, and to think I have two chances for namesakes!! Hint Hint lol Of course, my first name is Lori, so that could be an option too! :-D

Don't feel bad, every one of my coworkers who have had a baby girl, I make them rename them to "Jan" of some sorts. There are 2 Annalise, now called Jannalise and one Anna Rose, called Janna Rose, just for me! ha ha ha ha You get the pic! ha ha ha

Life has been busy, busy for me. My husband and I bought a new home and just now getting settled in. I NEVER want to move again!!!!! I'm getting rid of everything too. Going for that "less is more" thing. ha ha ha ha I never realized how much you can accumulate in a short period of time!!! hmmmmmmmm perhaps a yard sale is in order!!!

My oldest is 17, we also have a 6 and 5 year old so yeah we're also starting completely over what could have been nearly finished. @Wicked Lady, our babys name will be Addyson, not sure how to work Lori or Jan in there, Jandyson? Addylor? Maybe I'll call her Wicked Lady till she learns to sleep through the night.

Well, my kids made it possible for me to carry out war functions on a near constant schedule. So not in my case but it could correlate to others.
