W3C - High level workers and low level managers

There is a long term large shortage of workers in many countries.

Mainly high level workers are in short supply and also medium level workers although shortages of these are less severe.

Supply of such workers depends on population settings where percentages of worker types in the population are set.

Demand depends on the numbers needed in corporations.

the education system can be managed to deliver nearly all professionals in the numbers needed, except for the three groups of workers.

To ease some of the shortages, we will apply some changes to the numbers of workers and managers in corporations.

Several types of corporations will reduce the number of high levels workers the hire and increase the number of low level managers they hire.

Such changes will be gradual and will target several types of corporations each time.

We have completed several rounds of changes to boost the number of high level workers.
The numbers are now higher and it seems that shortages are smaller.

we are not sure that enough is done to resolve the problem.

anyone who experiences severe shortages of high level workers please let us know. we will check and may decide to do another correction round.

Maybe one or two more rounds. I'm still moving a lot of workers from other professions to high level workers.

Same here but I must confess most of my countries are growing. However, I also notice a lack of medium level workers supply. When I create corporations in my CEOs in C3s on WG/FB I also notice that mostly Medium Level Workers are the lowest ones available, sometimes in combination of High Level Workers or High Tech Engineers. Fyi.

You can increase numbers of High Tech Engineers using education priorities.

Mostly high level workers though. Medium level to lesser extent.

There is an automatic internal shift from low to medium and high level workers.
This is considered to be the result of on the job training and experience.
