My CEO asks why, why, why?

At a recent Board of Directors meeting we decided to expand our enterprise with the purchase of undervalued corporations.

The director of Mergers and Acquisitions informed us that she had located several dozen corporations located in C3 countries that were available at a substantial discount.

Our attempt to purchase these companies was only partially fulfilled as we were greeted with the following messages.

You already bid on 2 corps in this country.
You already have bids on 6 corps.
Your bid will be accepted in 4 months.

So as CEO I have to ask
Why am I limited to bidding on only 2 corps in a C3?
Why I can only place 6 bids at a time?
Why does a bid on a C3 corp take 4 months?

To prevent people from dumping and expanding to fast. There is really no other reason then that.
The game needs to find a middle ground between the extremes. On 1 hand we have the poor and on the other hand we have the super rich. This seems like a compromise that both sides hate :P
