W3C - Expected Changes in the coming Upgrade (Feb. 13)

It arrived Andy yes. I declared war and delivered these Units to the target c3s some 8 hours ago. However the units remain as RDU's and have not created an airport. At the time I posted, they were still RDU's not airports.

The country names are

"Psycho_Honey" on White Giant versus "The Republic of Kolram"

You can look for yourself. So if the deployment of an airport works for you, I guess the more appropriate question would be why is it not working for me? Is there something more that I need to do to make it construct the airbase? At any rate I'm supplying the country name in question so you can confirm this case for me and possibly fix whatever is wrong. Thanks.

They have been in the country for 18 game days on White Giant and have not created any airports. There are two different units.

This is happening in another country and war on the same planet, but I hope this is enough information for you to weed out the problem.

@Andy I order several low price products currently to manually supply and achieve cheapest ASQ for CEO. I was still testing things out when this update occurred. If max order quality is reducing further in future, a heads up would be appreciated.

We have checked and found that it works but not immediately.
the minimum time is 1 hour and it could take longer.

This is an error and it is being fixed now.

That is horribly different than what was announced in the game news. I am not sure how that is acceptable. Thanks for the fix though.

Instant airport - just add water.
