Alright Andy.. corrections 400M* not Trillion, 100M not T... Tho the actual number isn't predictable or constant..

The upgrade did a lot to improve the balancing and in countries I use to test, manual interventions are not needed although the improvement is a bit slow.

I will make another small tweak in the next upgrade to try to speed it up.
We do it gradually and do not want to overshoot.

I hope that manual transfers will not be needed, or at least much much less.

Maybe I've missed other changes, but since the re-balancing I can support about 10 fewer corporations per country based on total employees required.

Your previous re-balances caused this issue but it recovered within a couple months, this time it is not recovering. Countries that were fully staffed before now are millions of total labor force short of meeting needs, I have started closing corporations rapidly.

Thats my problem, I'm short on almost everything. I had been fully staffed prior to these most recent changes, now I'm 6-8 less corporations and still the total is short.

The numbers of workers in general is growing a bit per corporation and corporations become a bit larger.

This has taken place before.

the reason is that the population in all worlds is growing.
Many C3 countries have a larger population.

the slow growth of corporations will prevent an large increase in the number of corporations.

I didn't realize corporations were still growing, thought that ended a while ago, thank you for letting me know.
